Drip Coffee

Experience the classic, time-honored way to brew coffee with our Drip Coffee method. It allows the full spectrum of flavors to shine through, giving you a well-rounded and balanced cup.

Brewing a Classic Drip Coffee:

Ingredients:

  • Freshly Roasted El Colombiano Coffee beans
  • Water

Steps:

  • Medium Grind:
    • Grind your El Colombiano Coffee beans to a medium consistency (resembling coarse sand).
  • Filter & Water:
    • Place a filter in your drip brewer and add your coffee grounds.
  • Boil & Brew:
    • Boil water and let it sit for a minute to cool slightly.
    • Slowly pour the hot water over the coffee grounds in a circular motion.
  • Brew Time:
    • Allow the water to drip through the coffee grounds and into the pot below.
  • Serve & Sip:
    • Pour the freshly brewed coffee into your favorite mug.
    • Sip, savor, and enjoy the warm embrace of El Colombiano Coffee.

Cold Brew

For a refreshing twist, try our Cold Brew method. Immerse yourself in the cool, invigorating essence of our coffee, which is steeped slowly to extract its vibrant character. Ideal for warm days and an unforgettable taste.

Crafting a Refreshing Cold Brew:

Ingredients:

  • Freshly Roasted El Colombiano Coffee beans
  • Cold water

Steps:

  • Coarse Grind:
    • Coarsely grind your El Colombiano Coffee beans.
  • Combine & Steep:
    • Mix the ground coffee with cold water in a large jar or pitcher (1 cup coffee to 4 cups water ratio).
    • Stir well, ensuring all the grounds are fully saturated.
  • Steep Time:
    • Cover and let it steep in the fridge for 12-24 hours. The longer it steeps, the stronger it’ll be.
  • Strain & Serve:
    • Strain the brew through a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the grounds.
  • Dilute & Customize:
    • Dilute with water or milk to your desired strength.
    • Add ice and sweeteners (if desired).

Brewing a Perfect Latte:

Ingredients:

  • Freshly Roasted El Colombiano Coffee beans
  • Milk
  • Sugar or syrup (optional)

Steps:

Grind & Brew:

  • Grind your El Colombiano Coffee beans to a fine consistency (similar to table salt).
  • Brew a strong shot of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, AeroPress, Moka pot, etc.).
  • Froth the Milk:
    • Heat milk in a saucepan or using a milk frother until it’s steaming hot.
    • Froth the milk until it’s creamy and has a velvety texture.
  • Assemble Your Latte:
    • Pour the freshly brewed espresso into your favorite mug.
    • Gently pour the frothed milk over the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon.
