Choosing the Perfect Roast
For the Chemex® pour-over, we recommend our Medium Roast. This roast strikes the perfect balance between the bright acidity and the rich body Colombian coffee is known for. With notes of cocoa and a subtle hint of citrus, it harmoniously marries with the unique brewing process of the Chemex®.
The Dance of Precision
- Prepare Your Tools: Gather your Chemex® brewer, filters, scale, gooseneck kettle, and, of course, our exquisite El Colombiano Coffee.
